Handmade Japanese Indigo Shibori Napkins – Set of 4
$32.95
Set of four blue and white shibori napkins, hand dyed in my home studio using all natural indigo dye. These are unique as I use a 100% cotton fabric (soft and thick). This allows for a more earthy look with a deeper indigo color. One of a kind and original.
The napkins are 100% cotton with indigo dye patterning, which results from shibori folding techniques called a resist. I use all natural elements as wood, string or pebbles. Each napkin has been dipped two times in the indigo dye. Rustic and earthy, these make a great gift and come with a simple twine wrapping and tags.
Size: 21 inch square
Each napkin has already been washed after the dyeing process.
For future cleaning, machine wash cold. You can expect slight fading over time.
